Shipping & Delivery

We are working our hardest to get your the best shipping rates possible.  Often times the actual shipping cost charged to us by UPS/FedEx/USPS varies slightly from the "Live Rate Quote" estimate -- Because of this variance, we overautorize your credit card by 50% to account for this difference.  Once your order is processed and shipped, we will adjust your shipping rate to reflect our cost.  You can see a live, up to date status of your order, including cost in the "My Account" section of our website.  

We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days - During peak times shipping times may vary, and could take up to 5 business days.   Winepacks.com uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price, and shipping summary.   

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email or telephone of the new ship and delivery times.

Please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order. A $10.00 re-route fee will be charged should you need to submit a different delivery address. Some items may be overpacked, and some orders may arrive in separate boxes. Please verify that your order is correct, complete and in acceptable condition before signing for receipt. Winepacks.com cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is damaged, or incomplete after you sign for receipt. Please note any discrepancies before signing for shipments.

 

What is your return policy?

If  your order is damaged, or you receive the wrong product,  please give us call at 1-800-372-3126. Approved items can be exchanged or if we are at fault, can be refunded within 30 days. If the order is damaged or broken due to shipping please give us a call or email us support@winepacks.com. Please to do not return the item until speaking with a customer service representative. If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at 1-800-372-3126.

Will Call

If you would like to pick up your order and save the shipping charges, you can visit our manufacturing facility in Clinton, IA.  Simply send an email to support@winepacks.com,  and we will call you and take your order over the phone. We will send you an email letting you know when the order is available for pickup, with instructions for pickup.

Winepacks.com ships to all 50 states,  Canada, and U.S. Military addresses. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO are not accepted.

Freight/LTL

Some items just cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx. In the event your order contains items which cannot be shipped via UPS, we will contact you to let you know WHAT THE FREIGHT RATE WILL BE.  We offer automated freight options directly from our site, but these rates are "LIVE RATE QUOTES" provided by the carriers.  Often times the actual cost of the freight will be different from the quote.  Becuase we want to offer the most competitive rates, we pass along our cost to you.  Your credit card will be overauthorized by 50% at the time of purchase, and when your order ships we will apply the actual cost of the shippment and adjust your order cost appropriatly.  You will always be able to view your up to date invoice/receipt in your "MY ACCOUNT" section of our site.
